-2 dmg stance
-2 dmg enchanted

OR

i dont think these mods are possible on faction skins ;( im not sure though, someone prove me wrong :P

i still havent seen a dual reduction moded shield with a factions skin

I also havent seen any dual dmg reduction faction shields.

don't think there is... hmm.. wonder whether it will become hot commodity soon...

Can anyone confirm there really is now double reduction mods for factions sheilds...
