I would like to have a pricecheck on a Dragoncrest Axe i found:

Gold
Req 8 Axe Mastery
Damage+15% while health above 50
Life Stealing 3/-1
Armor+7 vs physical attacks

Can someone please gave me a sellingprice? I am kind of noob with prices

Will changing the mods increase its value (the green Dragoncrest from Divine Path is also vampiric) or would that be a waste of time/energy and money?
