Not max damage as I'm well aware >_< but still curious if its worth anything.

Crippling Celestial Sword of Enchanting:

14-21 damage req. 8
damage +14% ^ 50%
lengthens crippled duration by 33%
enchantments last 20% longer

Agreed, and if you're wondering how much the 20% is worth if you get it check sticky for mod prices.

agree, non-max weapons aren't really good for trading.
