if i capture all of the elite skills with one pve character my other pve characters would be able to use them rite?

Any character can use it, but she/he must be the right proffession and captured it ON THAT character Hope I made it clear

If you cap elites on one PVE character.. only that PVE character can use them. IF you start a new PVE character, they have no skills, you basically start again, even if it is the same profession.

However, if you choose to make a PVP character, then ALL skills you have capped are available for the PVP character.

i wonder if there are anyone that captured all of the elite skills on one character.. that's gonna take forever!!!
your other characters can't use it either that kind of sucks....

Look for the guys with Skill Hunter 1 titles, they would have pretty much that.. it is a lot work though

Lots of people have, which is impressive. 190 elite skills on one character... whew.
