N/Any Degen/Regen Assault PvE

I know the title is a bit vague, but don't know what else to call this build. It's designed for team PvE because it is helpful, but it can pile on the degen and kill fairly quickly as well.

Attributes/Equipment:

Death = 16 (12+1+3)
Blood = 13 (12+1)
Soul Reaping = 4 (3+1)
Curses = 1 (0+1)

Armor = Scar Pattern (nice to have the energy)
Weapon = Kole's Torment or similar (good to have 10/10 +energy)


Skills:

Enfeeble
Virulence {E}
Well of Suffering
Well of Blood
Rez
Consume Corpse
Dark Pact
Bitter Chill

Use:

Lay on the conditions first, preferrably on the melee foes since they clump together so Disease runs rampant. Also, Weakness is a good thing to spread among the melee. Enfeeble has a short duration due to low Curses, so follow up with Virulence as quickly as possible.

Dark Pact and Bitter Chill are a great machine-gun set of spells. Dark Pact (43 Shadow damage at Blood 13) recharges fairly quick and can get your health low, while Bitter Chill (53 Cold at Death 16) will recharge instantly if you health is lower. Both cost 5e, so you can spam them pretty nicely. Use these to take a target whose suffering your conditions down quickly or put pressure on the monks.

Once a foe drops, raise a well. Use your judgement as to which well is needed at the time. Consume Corpse for energy/health gain.

Concerns:

Interrupts are hard on this build. NPCs tend to hit the 1s casts pretty regularly, so just try to stay out of range. There's no inherent self-heal other than Consume Corpse, which can be hard to use at times, so be very careful and try not to be too much of a pain on the monks with Dark Pact.

Any C&C is welcome aside from the standard "n00b" comments. I try out so many different types of builds, some I find online, some I make myself, but I only post ones I feel are actually pretty decent. Please, if you can see obvious problems or possible concerns, let me know.

I always think that 3 corpse spells is a lot for any build short of a minionmaster. You might consider swapping out Well of Suffering for Vile Maisma--Enfeeble+Vile Maisma is a nice combination. Then you can really hammer your target by casting Virulence on them as well, or you can save it for another target.
