5k maybe, just for the skin, but the attributes don't match and it's far from perfect...

I don't understand. Who cares about the damage req of a wand ? :S
If it was (Chance: 20%), it'd be perfect to me.
Or i'm missing something?

You're right, in terms of practicality, the damage/req doesn't really matter on a wand. But in terms of price/value, req is everything...
