I was following this build from guildwiki, and I ran into a problem, I only had 185/200 attribute points.
note that I am lvl 20. i already did the lost treasure quest awhile ago, but still is at 185. Can anyone help me get 200 so i can finish the build and see what i'm missing?

there is a second 15 attribute quest on the island....I believe its after you do the 2nd mission, you have to talk to the kirin and clear the miasmas...........

cosy is correct, it's the "an unwelcomed guest" quest, available after you complete the second mission.

I have done both of the quest and still have 185 points and I'm lvl 20.
I did lost treasure when I first got to the Gardens.
Also cleared all the miasma with the Kirin.

Some ppl have complained about not getting the 15 point's but they had not spoken to the kirin after the quest.

They are no longer in my log and I did not abandon them. Until I read this thread I never bothered to check how many points I had because I've done both quest.
Checked it and I'm at 185.

Try to go back to the Harbour and talk to the Kirin and see if the point's show up.

Went outside of gardens and the guy for lost treasures does not show up. Went back to kirin and he just says his normal text. Walked out of town and summoned him with a bell still nothing.

I recently had a problem where I couldn't get the primary quest, Battle In the Sewers, leading to Sunjiang District. You get it from the Emperor's Hand in Raisu Pavilon, but when I went there, he wasn't there. I think the trouble started because I logged out before getting my reward for City Under Attack, but who knows. I didn't have either quest in my Log though.
At any rate, I ran around trying different things. I even redid the mission at Zos Shivros Channel in order to make sure I had gotten CUA. I was in the process of sending Tech Support an e-mail, and making sure I had done everything I could, when I went back to Raisu Pavilion and there was the Emperor's Hand. I got the quest and carried on.
I don't know why he wasn't there the first 2 times I checked, and I don't know what made him appear, but my suggestion would be to go back and re-do the last mission and/or Primary Quest before Lost Treasures and see if it triggers any changes.

I have the same problem with 2 chars ! I contacted support and got a blah blah blah, if you don't respond within 72 hours we will assume your problem is solved. We will inform arenanet kinda thing. Never saw my 15 points. I will try again though, it's a terrible bug and very annoying.
