I was wondering how much this thing was worth

Modded as in added the fortitude and sundering bonuses. These cost more than what the axe is worth, so if you had have modded yourself you would have lost money. Thats the point being made

if you had id'ed the axe with perfect sundering and fortitude on it, the description would show the armor penetration 20% (20%) before the health +30, not after it. the fact the AP20/20 comes after hp+30 means the sundering haft was put onto the axe after it was id'ed.

What a way to waste gold. Amazing people can afford expensive upgrades yet have no clue on basic trading facts. Makes you wonder how they got the gold...

Chaos Axes arnt worth much now. Enchanted makes it worth even less. Personally I would expert salvage it as would be hard sale. Could get wood or something so what a way to waste gold.
