PC - Plagueborn Shield ([req 8] [-5 19%])

According to the guide it has second most desired req, and its almost second most desired mod. It has bad skin . As nice as the guide is though it dosent some up a way to add together the attributes of the item and then give it a base price. Anyways I was wondering if this is worth anything or if its for the merchant like everything else I get.
