I hope this is the Ruby/Saphire update!

Nope but I'm curious, lets talk theorys!

Theory number 1: Collectors/Crafters that use rubies/sapphires for weapons.
Theory No 2: New green items from other bosses, but not quite likely due to the description.
Theory No 3: (this might be it though) New skin items, drop all over the place maybe.

Imagine, shiney weapons, but you have to get really rare/expensive materials and stuff.

But the scribe says they "drop..., no current craftmans take the blame for them" I am still extremely curious though.

Well, being the nutcase that I am wanting to know where the new items are as soon as possible, I decided to check out some areas and follow up on some hunches.

Sure enough, I downloaded a small file when I entered the Falls (whereas I hadn't for any other area).

Doing some quick scouting for new bosses, then going back with henches to see if anything drops. Will post any progress here.

(*cries* they turned one of my favorite areas into the next farming craze...)

Wheres the falls anyway, isn't it on the training island? (has only played prophecies characters in factions)

Its south east of ToA or in the jungle somewhere i think...

The Falls are the huge area where blood and smoke goes down. There's an amazing waterfall, a non-functional statue of balthazar (in the sense of entering FoW), and those mesmer things galore.

Still adding stuff to prophecies then?

It makes sense to add something to that area of prophecies. With all the running going on in Tyria, a lot of people avoid the jungle all together, so this would bring people into that area.

Apart from the spiders, why does no-one like that area anyway? *has a screenshot of the mentioned statue while we had favour on her desktop*

When they first announced the winners, they stated that they would be adding the runner-ups to both chapters. So I wouldn't be surprised if some of the new items dropped in Tyria.

I don't think its new weapons from crafters.

i would say new skins mostlikely and a green or 2

The scribe said they'll definatly drop in Tyria. So is this stuff about the falls confirmed?
