Considering he's now a necro and most assuredly a boss, I'd say, looks like drops ahoy. I just can't come close to killing him. |

That axe looks great! I'm hoping people come in and post more pictures of the greens they find. And did anyone check and see if that old non-working statue now functions fully? O.o
Okay, went back and took another look. Rotscale still lacks an aura, no glow at all, but he's a necro boss now. He seems to follow the Cantha boss rules - half cast times (maybe less, that was serious spellspam), and what I assume was at LEAST double damage. Desecrate Enchantments, Deathly Swarm, and Feast of Corruption are the spells I caught before my party wiped again. Several level 24 Ranger-nonboss Rotting Dragon minions, and a few Damned Clerics and Skeleton Bowmasters, but those were only 17-19 or so.

I used to farm Majesty's once a day before Factions, but his side kick's where always Rangers

I think all the old uberbosses might get greens... Rotscale is obviously buffed (he was lvl 30 monk with heal area before, his friends used choking), still thinking Maw might have some nice war gear too.
