Signet of Strength: 0 / 1 / 45
Signet. Your next 1...13 attacks deal +5 damage.
I'm thinking about designing some new damage builds for my Warrior, and this one inparticular has caught my eye.
Anybody have a lot of experience with this skill? Is it useful in a pressure build, or for applying temporary pressure as you build up an adrenaline spike? If not, what would you take instead?

This is a horrible skill.
Poor recharge. Poor damage boost.
Infact the damage boost is so bad(not even looking at the recharge..) that simply not using this skill will net you the damage gained from using it... Then you have the fact that the recharge is horrible, and it's a waste of a skill slot...
For a replacment, I'd use an adrenaline based attack... Anything but this skill...

That doesn't make it useful. Why bring this signet for an extra +5 damage when you can just bring 1 more attack or defence skill? You either survive for longer or deal more damage in a single attack. Think about it, 65 damage extra over 13 attacks OR Power Attack? Just because the latter costs energy doesnt mean its not better if you don't have a ton of energy skills on your bar.

65 damage is great... if it's done all at once. Think about it, when someone heals themselves or gets healed, they generally get healed ABOVE their max health. In the 3 or 4 hits you get off before a monk heals the target, you do 15-20 dmg, which is usually easily covered by the heal.
And the other guy was right about trying to cast this again while chasing someone. You give them a chance to think/cast/whatever thus ruining any "pressure" you were trying to add by using this Signet.
However say your build focuses on adding as much damage as possible to each hit... say... Primal Rage, Signet of Strength, Strength of Honor, Judge's Insight, Vampiric Mod... because it's a straight +5 dmg it may help (since it's not like, 12 fire dmg, it avoids armor, I think).
