I have a 15^50 req9 platinum blade for which I've gathered coming in at about 100K + 15ectos - so I have a better req, yours comes with 29hp.

[mods mine came with aren't worth listing]

edit : maybe even more, I see some buyouts 15^50 req9 for 100k + 30ectos, check out highend
not sure what 1req does to that figure. happy trading!
