wtf healing sig is bugged i was fighting in falls trying to get totem axe and i had around 7mana it kept saying no mana to cast healing sig.

Your sig wasn't bugged - the plant guys there put up Primal Echoes, a ranger spirit which causes signets to cost 10 energy.
