Argh...I've been looking for this for ages, where have all the Water Wands gone?

10% recharge all

Doesn't anyone have this? Note that I'm looking for the plain regular Prophecies skin...

even back in ch1 i fenegeled mine for 60k.

yeah I see those kinda wands everywhere for really cheap... used to be just having a wanted class and those stats was an easy 100k... (memories sorry had to copy ya Malice )
