Huh? I don't remember ever getting a price check for this, could you elaborate?

Edit - If anyone notices this, perhaps you could give me an additional price check on something I just randomly found. I doubt its worth much, if anything, but it could be..maybe for PvP?

Seem to remember a big fuss over the +20% while Hexed awhile back, for PvP. If nothing else better to know than to merchant ^.^
