Guild Social Dynamics change with Factions?

Anyone notice their guild getting more spread out or smaller less of a team with Factions? (Im in PVE guild so thats mostly what I m refering too)
Not really a gripe here... just want to see if anyone else has had this happen and if anything has helped to resolve it?

It has been frustrating, which is one of the reasons I haven't touched Factions PVE in over a month. Being unable to help guildies in Vizunah because I don't have a Canthan toon was the first problem. Then the mind-numbing Fedex quests and relying on brain-addled NPC's to stay alive and not get stuck on corners just to get access to a new town... when people in the guild ask for help, the first thing I think is "Man, I really don't want to do that again."

I have found Prophecies missions and quests to be much more fun to repeat. I'm almost always up for Villany of Galrath, or desert missions, stuff like that. We used to do all-guild Thirsty River and Thunderhead Keep jaunts all the time, but there has been much less of that in the second chapter. No two people seem to progress in Factions at the same pace, so the guild is really scattered about.

Gates have blocked access off unlike prophocies.

The social order has definitely changed in the more PvP-oriented guilds too. Suddenly PvP can net the player (through a bit of trading) monetary rewards from Kurzick/Luxon faction, all while earning some Balthazar faction as well. I have noticed a huge drop-off in GvG activity, because alliance battles and competitive missions are just so much more profitable.

As a member of my guild would say, le sigh.

im bored of factions, only thing keepin me playing are allience battles. i find myselff playing with only 5 members, for FOW and AB

did mention we got like 40 members?
