new patch details

heres the new patch details for friday june 16th

Added Priests of Balthazar to all Alliance Battle outposts.
Added 4 new maps to the Random Arena and the Team Arena.
Fixed a bug that caused the caravan to stop moving in Gyala Hatchery.
Fixed bugs and made improvements to the following quest: The Shadow Blade.
Fixed the descriptions of several Ranger skills, which were displaying incorrect values after the last update.
Fixed a bug that caused henchmen to drop gold when they died.
Fixed a bug that caused monsters to drop loot even if your party had no part in killing them.
Fixed a bug in PvP that caused dead players to receive morale boosts for the deaths of opposing team members.

New RA maps? Huh.

So they did patch the drops from monsters fighting each other and henchies... congrats to all the people who farm-killed henchies today lol

You know, we should all do the right thing and turn over our income to the AOF, or Ascalon Orphans' Fund.

I was over Vizunah last night and I was pretty amused to turn a corner and see piles of gold and other goodies on the ground, including a rather tasty bow. Thanks heavens mine was better and my inventory was full so I wasn't faced with a moral dilemma!

is it just me or is there a new issue with the way the party box drags around the screen?

I've noticed it to. It resizes itself whenever i switch characters. I smell an email to Anet tech support brewing on my computer...

Don't we have to pay the Henchmen? They will file a liability suit!

Well I would feel sorry for the henchmen if they didn’t take all the loot, clearing three zones just exploring with henchmen walked out with a minor rune and 24 gold pieces. In any case it was interesting to see the drops that you would never see other wise.

im kinda glad the farming is over, although ill admit i participated. finally got geoffers and jacquis shields (after much time spent farming for them the hard way with no luck). id also like to thank the many critters who died and dropped rares for me to ID or keys to help me along in my quest for the treasure hunter title.

i can honestly say that i didnt steal a dime from henchies .... but thats only because i didnt take any with me

now i guess its time to try my hand at these new green items ...

Oh, I'm sure you didn't pick any of the gold or items up.....I heard from a reliable source that the Xunlai have set up a "special" storage account for the devs in the Fire Islands where they can "donate" their money to the AOF.

PvP content update. I wonder how that managed to slip out.

I'm kinda sorry it was a bug. watching huge mobs bash each other to death was some of the most fun i've had in ages. Seeing two bosses duke it out like the old Godzilla vs Megalon films was awesome. Shame it could'nt have been changed so there were no drops but we could still get them to rumble.

You can still do that, you just won't get any loot from it
Just pull one mob into the other.
