I agree with tear...although I definitely couldnt do anything like this myself, they are a bit big... but the last one she has her eyes closed,and the first one...well....he just looks kinda stupid =p

u must blend ur characters/renders
match them up with a good bg and add a border
also, make them a bit smaller, but hold shift key to keep their proportions

What program do you use? If it's Photoshop, there are a few improvements you could make.
I hope you don't mind some constructive critcism, so don't take this the wrong way.
I recommend going over the rough edges with a 50% blur tool. I also recommend getting a better background, one that doesn't look like a filter.
Otherwise, I recommend taking more than "like five minutes."
