Leaving Guild wars, win my money
Aera
Give it to Gaile Gray and see what she does :P
Lampshade
Give it to me b/c I need 15k armor to look pretty for the camera in GvG.
Legion Magnus
A nice gesture! It's unfortunate someone so thoughtful is leaving GW (we need more like you). I'd recommend you 'donate' it all to the GW Guru staff, who I suspect spend most of their free time keeping the sites working, instead of making GW gold.
I notice your GWG title is "Don Quixote". I suspect you've used the site quite a bit. Perhaps you could give something back to the people who've enhanced our enjoyment of the game. Give it to one of the primary Admins and let them distribute it amongst the staff. That's my recommendation, FWIW ...
Cheers,
Legion Magnus
P.S. Just for the record, I'm not affiliated with the site nor am I interested in the gold/items.

Because I have a lot of friends to feed with money that has recently started, and the last one... I was in the deep, golden vertebraker (unique sword) req 8 drops, and I get err7, this is actually true. But because my heart is so weak I will find myself giving away your stuff to lowbies anyway... ;D

You could always give it to me? as an option, My poort Ritualist is running around in some poor striped animals skins turned inside out.
Or since everybody that psoted here trying to say they wernt interested in it probably made very sure their character name under their user name was up to date, you could give it to them.
Or Become an Anet Super secret agent, put ti up on that acursed site of biddage, and catch some of them in the act.

Thieves stole my money from the Xunlai storage, they wanted to get out quick but the traffic was busy (you know, turtles and stuff). They made it from LA to the Marketplace. How, you ask? They found a secret passage between 2 dimensions which lead them to Cantha in a flash.
So I was asking around in LA if anyone had seen some thieves steal my money when only 1 person answered. He said they kicked the Guild Hall guy off the boat and went sailing towards Cantha. He never saw them again.
So I climb up on the back of my Moa Bird and we try to fly to Cantha. I forgot Moa Birds can't. So back in LA again I ask around if anyone can loan me a small boat. Didn't matter if it was big or small, I could feel that they didn't go to Cantha just sailing. Something must've happend.
When I finally found one, we head the same way the thugs probably did. When we were pretty far away from land, suddenly we found ourselves in somekind of time passage. When we were out of it, we located ourselves in Cantha (Marketplace).
After searching in Cantha for a long while, we gave up. My money was gone forever, that's how I thought. But now you come up with this, and it gave my an idea. Because thieves always go for more, so if I hold more precious stuff in my storage they might come back for more. And if they do, I'll be there waiting with my Moa to get them. So could you pleaaaasseee give that money to me?

I think I deserbe the money because I.... Well I havent really done alot to deserve it but I could put it to use buying this damned expensive new 15k armor X.x (I had to pay round 80k just for crafting materials :O ) Ill appreciate it more than others but in the end, its up to you to decide who deserves it :>
Justafyme
Give it to me. I will then purchase 720 runes of holding, in a vain attempt to make more storage. That harpy xunlai agent's been promising us more for almost a year now...but sadly, I don't see it happening. I will then spam anet with emails stating that the runes and bags are broken...as they aren't increasing my storage capacity. Maybe..just maybe that'll get the ball rolling...

Charqus
I dont really need the money but I'd like it lol...
Mainly cos i only just got factions and i'd like 15k factions armour...
And maybe save some for my monk for when they bring out in game brest implants

Poison Ivy
I don't, but if I did somehow get it
I would NOT spent it on 15k armor, I would NOT spend it on weapons, but...
I'd eBay it, get the money and use it to invest, build assets like I have been doing, and then use the money gained from the assets to invest in more investments, eventually making enough for real estate, and then build a big capital (mostly related to restaurants and retals), then give it to the charity
Doing good deeds makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside

Tigers Anger
I'd like the money so I can get my assasin some half-way decent armor instead of lvl 20 with 50 AL armor, get a few decent weapons for him, buy a few of those NPCs for my Guild Hall because guildies keep wanting to make a NPC fund and help start off my new warrior towards some good weapons and armor

$neekie
LOL, newbie here. Just give it to me,, think this game is to much about money anyways(i think sum prices are ridiculous). I just like the fights and i am to lazy to sell weapons(i just scrap em or give away). And i farm a bit but thats to boring.
So ill give you a lapdance for it(ingame offcourse
)
Off topic question, how do people get so much money??. Ive bin playing ridiculous hours and never get over 9k(wenn i do get over, i need to buy sumthing again and im back at 9k)

6. My girlfriend left me because I don't have a house anymore
7. I'm extremely ugly
8. I'm fat
9. I'm 24 and recently discovered i'm going bald

a noble offer that, but i think you are better off stashing it for the future (youd have to check whether your account wouldnt get erased in xxx months of inactivity period). The chance that you will want to play the game later on, be it just on a ultra bored and slow day (we all get those) is pretty good imho.
I bet you have some nice people in your friendlist, if you are 100% sure you dont want your stuff, give it to them.
id really keep it for the future tho, or at least a 50-60k from the whole amount. if not, give the whole account to a friend of urs (probably real life) so you know you can go back to it later on. its just that judging from me and a lot of friends of mine, you might want to play it again,be it just for sentimental reasons
back when I quit diablo, i sold a large portion of the perfects on a trade forum for forum gold, which subsequently gave to a old playing buddy, who was starting diablo again.

I dont want your money, Just your account, you can give the money to whoever you want, I wanna give my sister an account and cant afford another copy (yet)
-- so if your feeling generous then im here

Give it to friends you team up with/guildies. Failing that, find some new players in Ascalon/Shing Jea and give them stuff (ask them if they're new to the game before mentioning anything about giving them stuff)

Personally I would say keep it incase you came back, but if you really want to give it away, split it up - 3 plp get 100k and 1 gets 60k and the vigor. I wouldnt mind a piece of it, if only because every penny i earn goes to my guild, so 100k could get us a nice new NPC
hyro yamaguchi
Sell the money at ebay and give it to a good cause

Cyan The Archer
Give it to! I'm so poor that i have to do this to get any money..
Dj Tano
The reason why you should give the money to me and not anyone else is because im not going to promise you anything. Im not going to say that ill give it to newbs or that i will donate it to poor children in africa. Im not going to tell you a story about how turtles snatched my money or try to tell you my sad story so that you give it to me to make it better again.
The reason why you should give the money to me is because im going to use it. Im going to invest it in my characters, in my guild, in the game. Whilst you dont want to spend time catching up in the game i will invest your money so that i, as another player will be able to do something good with it in the game so that your time spent gaining everything wont be lost.
I think that is why i deserve you money, because im honest and im going to spend it into the right things.
btw: if you want to give me your account... :P

I hate to beg, but if you really want to make a guy/girl happy...
About me and my characters.
I am an 18 year old guy who has played GW for almost 12 months. I have four characters: An E/R, a Mo/Me, a Me/N and a W/Me. All four are at level 20, and three of them (not the W/Me) have completed the Prophecies campaign. Each of the characters (except the warrior) has decent weaponry (mostly cheap SF greens). I currently have ~15 platinum in my storage, because I'm trying to save.
Why I should receive the money.
As I just mentioned, I am currently trying to save money. I recently ordered the Factions Collector's Edition, and I can't wait to get my ritualist started!
"What are you saving for?", you might ask. Well, the word on the forums is that the quests in Cantha don't give skills, and that you have to purchase them. Obviously, this will get very costy in the long run, especially when you think about the fact that I'll be tempted to buy new skills for my already existing characters.
I can also imagine that another question emerges: "Why can't you just farm?" The truth is that I do have a 55HP monk, but I've never really gotten into UW farming. I've tried it a couple of times, but I can't get the hang of it. I have an elementalist who is capable of farming minotaurs, but I've done that run LOTS of times to afford green weapons and some other stuff (back when e.g. Wroth's set was expensive). Honestly, I cringe whenever I walk into Elona now, so some extra money would be nice to evade some boring runs.
On top of all this, I have the worst luck when it gets to drops. The best item I've come across was a +15% damage / -5 energy fellblade. I had heard about them being sort of rare, so I went to Lion's Arch to sell it. It's just too bad I didn't think about getting a price check. I ended up selling the beauty for 7 platinum.
I still yell at myself for doing that.
Finally, I'd just like to say that I probably wouldn't give away large amounts of the 360k to new people. You might not like this, but I believe that it's for their own good. The reason is that when you start giving hand-outs to a person, they're likely to think that they'll never have to make an effort to earn something. In my opinion, the best way to help the new people is to give them advice and tips instead of hard cash.
I hate to sound like a complete ass-kisser, but: You seem like a nice and generous fellow. It's always sad to see people like that leave Guild Wars. I hope you will choose wisely, and good luck in whatever you might think of doing in the future.

Well the first thing i will say is, I do not deserve it, But I would gladly except it none the less.
I have resently created a ritulist, a monk, an assassin, and a warrior. And armor and the cost of matrials, this is just the basic 1.5k armor still runs alot of money without farming, this is where i am lucky if i see over 10k while working to buy my armor.

Rainstorm13
I would give away the gold to help out new players and a few of my guildies who are extremely poor. There are a lot of new players who are guildless and by helping them by giving them some gold, I could make a difference in someone's Guild Wars experience.
I would also buy something for a few people who have helped me out a lot in the past, spending their time away from farming and PvP to give a run or help me out on a mission. In short, the gold would be mainly spent on those who need it and those who deserve it.
Even though I don't know you, it's sad to see a veteran player leave the community. Good-bye and good luck to you and your loved ones in the future.

I want it for myself, no charity, no patronage, I just want the money to have it when chapter 3 comes out so I don't have to farm for my next set of 15k, I also want to make some dye charts with the sets I do have.
Honest

Phenixfire
best make a huge 'BYE' with money drops ( 1bag=1k ), and then just leave the game :P
Savage
u know i can take some of it off your hands. the most i have ever carried was 10k and that went to buying set of droks armor, and im trying to make a 55monk
LiQuId StEeL
You should give it to me because I invented the Conjure Flame Wanding W/E spike of doom :|

ekamdu
DONT give it to anyone but close friends/nice guildies... seriously its stupid to give that lot of money to some ppl just begging for it cos they only have 100k already... just keep it yourself for if you are ever gonna start playing again or give it to friends thats all im saying...
Da Cebuano
Well, since no one has bothered to write anything and I feel like in a typing mood :P
I feel like I deserve it cause my luck is terrible, drops suck and trading sucks nowadays, not asking for much, maybe a good shield w/ +30hp and reduce blind or a super vigor for my rit
Other than that, I think there are other people more deserving, but atleast I can try. Honestly, I want free stuff, and a super vigor would make my day ^^ maybe even do what you want ingame to win that account, I only have 1 but I have a cousin that really wants to play the game but can't buy it. Oh well, too bad about you going away, gl though, and don't forget about me, my IGN is the same as my board name.
