Its at least 70+k, the req 10 drops it a bit, but not enough for it to be not worth selling, I also reccomend keeping it, as thats a great axe, btw, which chest did you get it from? I'm looking for those myself lol

Yours is actually the best offer I've had so far Papi...

Got almighty offers of 10k and 15k in game. sigh... "req 10 int purfect so not wurth much. i giv 10k. not wurth more thn tht". That person then tried to coax me in by offering a collectors' fire staff along with the 10k hehe
