well it's not really ^^. The only case ppl switch to -eng weps is when being surged. and, yes, you're does indeed have -5 eng, but did you fail to notice the +12?? lol.

that's why I posted what's so great about +2 energy... cuz if you don't meet the req you still get +7... -5 still = +2... in the case of negative energy items they want a temporary drop below, to stop surge


someone needs to add this to the "read before you pc" list... cuz everyone has gotten the idea that ANY caster item with -5 is good...
