My Elementalist is stuck in Lion's Arch too, although she's actually in my Guild Hall. As far as I know, my other 5 characters are fine.
EDIT: It seems to be the case that, while in-game, you get a message saying "Reattempting connection to the server (Code=50)" when you try to enter guild halls...

All but two of our alliance's guildhalls are currently unreachable err 50.
I have two accounts - all the characters in one are in one of the unreachable halls = no login possible on that account. Perhaps an hour ago, maybe a bit more, I was in an allied hall, attempted to swap char, no dice on login.
The account with a working hall is working fine, but attempts to visit other alliance halls from it fail in all but one case.

Characters, which I had last night in Guild Hall, are unaccessble (error 050 at the selection screen).
The characters, which were not located in Guild Halls when I logged out last time, can be loaded but they get a rusty red message about error 050 in the message window about every minute or so.
On one of my two accounts, all four characters cannot be loaded; on my second account, I can load only 2 characters out of 6.

just remembered i was transfering items from char to char yesterday, left all of them in GH thats why i cant get in at all, until this issue is fixed.

Seems to be fixed I can get all my characters again and map in and out of the guild hall and all over

No, no it hasn't :P I just lost access to 5/6 of my characters.. one of them trapped in Senji's corner, the other 4 in my guild hall
