Best place to grind money?

Level 19 wanting to grind alot of money, anyone know any goodspots?

well, it was silent surf pre-update. Sadly, they kicked everyone who hadn't updated around the 12-13 hour mark. The servers wouldn't let me on again, until I updated. >.>

Grind = Experience
Farm = Items and/or Gold

Farm = Grind, but I dont think farming makes you experianced.
