Ahhhh...I've posted about this in several topics before.
With the massive flooding of greens into the marketplace, there are very few weapons that are worth spending tons of money on. Ditto for weapon upgrades.
So, once you get your 15K armors, dyed black and full of runes, the natural choice is FoW armor.
The only other thing you could do is go Pokemon and try to get one of each of the minipets.
BTW - as I expected, the ecto price is steadily rising (it's been holding steady at 8.5K for the past few days). I would expect that 10K is a reasonable target in the next few weeks as more people like the OP run into the same situation.

. Why do people always post garbage like that. Think about it you could win halls once and get a drop that nobody in PVE could ever get now. Sell it for a huge amount and then power trade. I hate power trades though. You could work on title, buy crazy pets to follow you, or make another toon and get him some nice items.

There are a lot of people with that kind of cash (250k and up) in GW as it can be done in a couple of days really.
I'm pretty sure Anet is aware of the situation and will come up with stuff in Ch 3 or 4 for people to spend $$ on. So save your money until then. Don't fret about having nothing to spend it on right now. How do you think the millionaires who have FOW armor and crystalline swords feel?
In the meantime, how about setting off fireworks in HzH since we own it now

I'll throw on Dolyak Sig and Watch Yourself when the going gets tough. Pwnage like that doesn't come cheap.

Oh, please. There are tons of things you can do with your money. Ghia-whatever staff is a green. Get perfect golds. How about a 10/10 ghostly staff or two? That's gonna run you a lot more than 200k. Or just sit on it and save up for a set of FoW armor...

the nice thing about having money spare, is if you decide you NEED soemthing one day, you can just pull it out the vault and pay for it.. i have a wack of cash.. i tend to hard really.. but i love just been able to buy new armor when the fancy takes me or whatever.. having a load of money lets me focus more on my gaming.. rather than worrying about how im going to afford that cool armor\sword\{fill in the blank} etc..

Start saving all of your money and stockpiling rare materials for Chapter 3. I don't have problems finding groups with my Warrior, Ele, or my Ranger. I've easily spent over 700k for those 3 characters since factions came out.

You really should experiment more with your Necros 2nd prof and remember that with Soul Reaping as your primary Attribute you're spoilt.
And as to where to spend your money... go find a "cheap" req7 max damage 15^50 sword THEN complain about too much money

My other main, a Ritualist, sports 15k Kurzick, dyed completely black, and also has a set of perfect weapons (fortunately, that's very easy, since Restoration and Channeling rely on Ashes. )Another one of my characters, my Monk, sports 15k Saintly, dyed black, and also has a set of perfect weapons. My Elementalist (which sports 15k Pyromancer), my Warrior, and my Ranger have been put on hold indefinately since no one seems to want them in groups. Now you see the problem. All my central chaarcters already have 15k Armors (with expensive dyes!) and perfect weapons. There's nothing for me to buy. What exactly do casters do with large sums of money? |

I give up. No matter how much I want to spend, I keep getting more.
My problem with Warriors is that they don't stand out. Every Warrior looks the same. They all have that damn 15k Kurzick or FoW. Most of them have 0 points in Tactics. They merely deal weak amounts of damage. Atleast with my Necromancer or Ritualist, people know who I am and what I do.
And I discriminate horribly against W/Mo, since most have no clue how to play. I do not want to be a hypocrite.
But if a Warrior is the best way to handle this money sink...so be it.

No, not all warriors look alike. Buy the awesome 15k luxon armor so you can look like a crab. Not many people have the guts to wear that in public. Also, just buy the dye combos you can stand out from the other warriors. Just pick a unique face and dye. Also, unique weapon types (and I mean stuff that people don't use often, not Crystaline swords, ect, everyone has or wants them -.-)

my favorites are the w/mo + mending. i always get a kick out of that. my second prof right now is mo, but I don't use any mo skills, pure warrior. only reason its mo is because of the build my friend and i use to run dunes.
