Wing Three Blade <--- is the boss. Right outside the marketplace. Its very easy to hench him. U only have to fight to groups of jade brotherhood.

Hi, I have followed that map 123123 times and for some reason that boss never spawns for me...PLEASE HELP!! I dont know what quest i have to finish to spawn that boss...i tried to abandon all of my quests and that still doesnt help...any advice is much appreciated. thanks.........ALSO I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE QUEST TO GET ZENMAI..SO THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE REASON THIS BOSS ISNT SPAWNING FOR ME
