Isnt it an *insightful* smiting staff of enchanting(hence the +5 energy) Either way smiting staves arnt high in value, most people who use smiting skills use either a wand/axe and -50 off hand...

I would say anywhere between 1k-5k depending on if someone wants it or not, especialy if its +5 energy without being insightful, that would make a possibility of +20 energy from the staff..

I wouldnt be surprised if you had to merch it though.
