1 ranger fires poison arrow <target poisoned> wammo runs up and hit target <poison duration is now increased> wammo dmg+poison dmg=dead target (if all goes to plan)

btw, W/R Apply Poison + Cyclone Axe so...
Anyway, its the 15%^50 that makes it worth what it is, not the worthless hilt
