100% Cantha Explored?

I've seen people with this title and it's the one I'm striving for. That said I can only get 87.8% and my map looks completely filled out based on the maps online and so forth. Does anyone know where I could be missing or some areas that i should check out. I can't believe I'm missing over 10% it just doesn't seem possible.. anyone else struggling?

Wallhug all areas again if you have to, there are patches of fog that are often difficult to see or simply invisible because of the backdrop of the terrain (city areas). Take it slow, clear the area with hench and make sure you miss nothing.

There are 100% revealed maps, dunno if they are single person or several cooperative, but there are maps.

Did you map in ALL the mission areas (even the faction building counting the killed type of missions)?

Did you map the island?

Did you map the island's arena?

Wall crawling alone may not do it. You may have to start pushing into corners or crevices and wiggling you character to get some map to "pop".

There is some mapping left over once you hit 100% so you dont have to be perfect to get there but you do have to have the time and patience to press the walls.
