Need a bit of help here hammering out this build; as it's going to take me a while to get hold of the skills to put it together. Basically:

Fireball*
Immolate*
Fragility
Mark of Rodgort
Fevered Dreams
Aura of Restoration
Fire Attunement
Resurrection Signet

Points put into Fire magic, energy storage and illusion magic.

OK, this is designed to be a PvP build, or PVE build - with some modification the central idea for it could work in either situation.

You should be able to see what I have planned:

Cast fragility on an opponent, for a bit of extra damage
Cast mark of Rodgort on opponent
Cast fevered dreams on an opponent

(so far combined casting cost of 4 seconds and 45 energy)

Then, using the fire magic spells to keep the opponent burning, whilst fevered dreams transmits the burning condition to the rest of the team.

Done correctly, preferably with 2 eles as opposed to just 1, you could use this build to continually force a close-knit enemy team or set of enemies to either disperse, or consistently take 14 damage a second.

This does need a bit of work. One thing I'd considered was using a fire wand, mark of rodgort, fevered dreams and fragility instead, because I think when the firebolt from the wand hits, it'd "re-activate" the burning condition, AND trigger fragility.

As I said, it's going to need some work. I don't mind it changing, really I'm just working on making the central concept of spreading the burning condition work.

Your sorta spending a lot of points and an elite slot on something that can be done almost half as well by a necro with Rotting Flesh or simply a ranger with Apply Poison/Poison Arrow.

PvP people would just spread out (you would hope) or the hexes would be removed.
PvE things are usually dead before half of this would really start to take effect.

Just had a look, and fragility isn't triggered when you attack. It's triggered the first time, but after that, the condition is merely restored as opposed recreated.
