well with the air attunment he must be an air ele, so either he has chain lightning and every other exhaust skill on his bar, or he spammed lightning strike with arcane langour on.

on the pic you havent but if you got by Arcane Langour, it lasts very shortly to be unseen by players anyway. If you haven't any exhaust spells on you, this is the spell to take Exhaustion. You havent Equinox effect on you (so no double Exhaustion. I dont think you got hit by Exhausting Assault by a Sins.
Lightning Surge have 10sec of recharge, same for shock and.......

The only Air Magic with Fast recharge and cause Exhaust is Gale. BTW, I noticed your name of your Ele can be in harmony with Ride the Lightning

exhaustion gets annoying, especially since all the good skills have it (maybe except Rodgort's) but hey, thats how they balance it.

My air ele will pwn yours, sorry. I've only ever had exhaust to about half way down my energy bar, and only once. I just gotta know when to use e prodigy and gale right.
