10% skill recharge and 10% casting time preferred.
Idea is to use GoR followed by DS and use them together to keep DS up at all times. Then just spam 1-2-3 on whoever needs healing, it won't cost you any energy at all. This way you can literally heal forever


But in my overal experience i found it to be a very nice and useable build
