Go back to the desert, which you should have done when you got the quests from Droknar Forge

I think the Monk prof guy is in Seeker Passage.

Canthas (Factions) - Senji's Corner
Tyria (Prophecies) - Desert Monk's Path Quest (must complete Ascention, get to Droknar's Forge to get quest from Viyanni)
