PC on 2 golds. Phoenix Balde and Wolf Hammer

Picked these 2 up today whilst chest hunting for the title.

Golden Phoenix Blade Of Warding
15-22
req 12 swordmanship
+15% while enchanted
Armour +7 vs elemental damage

and

Icy Wolf Hammer Of Shelter
Cold Damage 19-35
Req 8 hammer mastery
+20% under 50%
Armour +7 vs physical attacks

I know the req and the while enchanted lets the sword down, but maybe its still worth a bit. No idea on the hammer. So any help would be appreciated, thanks.
