If you've got a Restoration spirit, and you use Consume Soul on it, do your resurrected allies get the +health from Consume Soul or does it take effect before they are revived?

Nope, They get healed when consume is killing the spirit, and the spirit doesn't rez them til after its dead.

So its the order of Heal then Rez.

Yeah, there is a slight delay on AoE rez spells which has its advantages and disadvantages. For example, if your holding live was *forgets name* and you are killed, the ashes will be dropped, and 2-3 seconds later you will be rezzed.

love it in RA when the noobs on my team dont have res >.<

I even bothered to make a mesmer who would run around fastcasting it and using MoR so it would be recharged by the next time i died :P
