I got one retracted bid of 75k on my 15/-5 Runic Axe req 8. If that helps. Nobody else seems to want it.
15/-10 might be different though since more people probally want that dmg mod than -5 energy.
I'd shoot for 80k reserve and let it ride.

around 80k+... not super popular but some people really like em
