What i do is put out pain and shadowsong and then use if there in a group breath of fire and then fire storm. I then use mind burn followed by immolate. If there is anbody left i use teinais heat and flare.

Since your using minimal spawning power , mostly ele skills , 12 communing and no spawning related skills , i'd suggest running this as a E/Rt

Exactly - what is the purpose of being a Rit if you're 80% elementalist?
Most Rit/E I've seen has stayed away from communing and gone with channeling.
I am using communing as well, but focus more on spirits and use the /E for either wards or 1-2 spammable attack skills (e.g. Flare), seeing that Ritualists are relatively weak in the offense department.
