I understand WHERE it is. I'm so directionally challenged, however, that I have absolutely no idea how to get there. Could anyone help me out? I would be ever so thankful.

you can find it in the explorable area of Tahnnakai temple. Don't go to Tahnnakai temple (that's the mission area) but go via Zin Ku corridor. There you will find the entrance to the tahnnakai explorable area.

So where is this skill and who do I cap it from? I see no where and no one in the temple explorable area that I can get it from.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
