Yah and if u hover over prot spirit #1 it's Blessed Aura...Phantom Pain is Balthas Spirit, and Balthas Spirit is Mending....

No way man, it is totally an advantage. If the baddies think you have more enchants they will be less willing to fight and most likely just give up.

And if they think you have Frenzy + Mending and you're using Healing Signet...They just give up and go home.
