WTB Mina's Gaze, Skill Eater and Tattered Fan

I'm looking for these three Green items for Mesmer and Ritualist.

Below is a link to the Guru price check for these greens, so you can have an idea on what is reasonable to pay for them...i will pay an extra 10k each on the max price for Mina's Gaze and the Skill Eater!!!

As a recap, the current price guides are...

Mina's Gaze: 10-15k ...i'll pay 25k
Skill Eater: 8-10k ...i'll pay 20k
Tattered Fan: 5-10k ...i'll pay 10k
