k, i was in the falls in maguuma, and decided to use my healing signet.... it wouldnt and said it was because i didnt have enough energy... was this just something that randomly happened to me or did it happen to annyone else?

Wrong forum. And it's not a bug.

It's called Primal Echoes that makes all signets cost 10 energy.

edit: hurr, should prolly reply right away, and not wait for few hours with the post open in tab
