how to build a good ranger?

could someone put a screenshot of an good skill bar ? and wich stat to put in plz!!!

There are many good builds available, I suggest you go through our current listing.

It's all going to depend on what your secondary profession is, as well as if you are going to use a pet or not.
From what I see, you're a Warrior/Monk.... sounds as if you're planning on changing to a Ranger??
I am a Ranger/Monk lvl 20+ and I utilize Serpent's Quickness, Barrage (elite), Hunter's Shot, Savage Shot, Storm Chaser, Healing Spring, Orison of Healing and Rebirth.
My Monk skills aren't advanced yet, due to my changing the secondary profession recently.
I have found keeping the pet to be cumbersome in certain situations and the pet (cat) gets in the way and actually blocks the team players from movement. My cat has been a great asset and I do use but in a limited role.

Experiment with the skills until you feel you have utilized all your attributes to skill level ratio to gain the most of your player.
