Alright, I'm looking to buy a perfect axe. 15^50% only, either zealous or vampiric, and either fortitude or shelter. Nothing under perfect. A high req would be ideal, it would lower the price. In fact, the higher the better. Leave your IGN and post a screenshot if at all possible.

not quite what you are asking for, but maybe you'll like it:

Plagueborn Axe
max dmg
req 10
15% always
-5 energy
3/1 vamp
+7 armor vs physical

all the mods/bonuses are perfect, and the req is mid-range.
