PC on nice shield and evil eye staff

Hey, cant get photoshop to work at the moment, so here's the stats :

Tall Shield
Armour 16(Req 11 tactics)
Armour +10 versus slashing
Received Damage -5 (20%)

Insightful Evil Eye Staff of Fortitude
Energy +10
Dark Damage 11-22 (req 10 curses)
Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (10%)
Halves Casting Speed of Spells (10%)
Energy +5
Health +30

1. should be popular... givin the sudden surge for these... 75k++

2. 50-60k+.... 10/10's took a big hit but some like this skin

I tihnk more people realized that a caster can get +14 armor without any investments in attribute points. So yes that should be worth 60-70k+

I thought it was +8 armour when 0 attributes...my bad, maybe...
