How do u farm Victo's Axe??

yea im a noob at Guild Wars but i wanna know how to get to Victo and kill him for a drop? and is it possible soloing?? i need help on this....if any information i would certainly appretitate it...or if some1 is selling Victo's Axe for 5k, i would gladly buy it

Tomb of the primeval king, can't solo.

You have 3 options... but all of them involve about 1-1.5 hours of your time:

Necro... go as minion master or orders
Ranger... go as barrage/pet ranger
Monk... go as straight healing monk

You will be part of an 8-man team:

5 rangers
2 necros
1 monk

You basically do all of the Tomb of Primeval Kings maps and at the end you hope for a random green drop from The Darknesses.

You will get many lame greens like Kole's Gauntlet, but you will on occasion get some nice ones like Victo's Bulwark, Axe and Sword.

It's totally random when it comes to who on the team gets the drops. Sometimes someone gets 2 items while other team members get nothing.

I got 2 greens once on that run... I think one was Wenslauss' faith and the other, kole's torment... Even if you get a green, it doesn't mean you'll get money.

First of all, there is a lot more to a build than the skills, and there is no way you could adopt a high end TOPK solo build with just 5k (and no, there is no way anyone could solo this, two man with the right build, yes, but not solo). And also, there is more to tombs that b/p groups. I find B&N groupsw faster and more effective (assuming your group knows how to aggro right).

If you just want the axe i think the best way is to farm other place until you have gold to buy one, if you really like it to drop for you, barrage team is your best option IMO

^I agree^ no point spending hours farming for a certain green when you can farm for whites/blues/other junk in easier places and get gold to buy it

It easy to solo, the skills i use are

Frenzy
Heal Sig
Echo
Arcane Echo
Mending
Otyough's Cry
Mantra of Earth
Rebirth (to res yourself)

Tactics 1
Inspiration 3
Protection Prayers 12
Beast Mastery 10

I am using a W/Mo/Me/R

Farming Victo, of the Axe take 15 seconds tops with this build




Hoping you didnt take this seriously, these skills really stink

cant be soloed b/p is easiest choice

Nothing can kill this Armored Personnel Carrier. This is basically the Plated Humvee of the ToPK.

Vital Blessing would get stripped from Fingers of Chaos Still that looks a nice build and would give out a fair number of 0 dmg

And yes, the enchantments would be stripped off of this faster than a Ritualist's Shing Jea armor...
