how can I move my US account to Euro server?

I am just wondering how am I able to move it because I heard from someone that u are able to.

Hi, I believe when you first log on, there should be an option "edit account". You click on that, then there's an option "change territory". There you should be able to change, but keep in mind you only have so many switches. It will warn how many times you can change. Kinda late here, I hope this all came out right.
