Could someone tell me if this bow is worth anything please:

Cripling Jadelongbow of Markmanship
Dmg: 15-28 (reguires 8Markmanship)
DamageBonus: 15%While in a stance
Lenghlness gripling duration on foes 33%
MarkManship +1 (19% change while using skills)

Also I would like to know how much a PlatinumBow with reg smaller than 12 and 15%50 dmg. bonus would be worth.
