Why salvage #1 because it's a perfect staff ...
Can sell it better than get the + 30 hp or the + 5 energy

#1 only has 1 inherent bonus, so even though that one bonus is perfect, it's not enough to compete with soooooooo many other caster items with dual inherent bonuses.
