Getting to Rajazan

Is it possible to exit the Kurzick Unwaking Waters northern gate, which would put you right near Cultist Rajazan? Currently, I am able to enter the outpost via this gate, but not exit it. (I just see a wooden gate.) If it is, what condition do I have to meet?

But seriously NO the gate your looking at is the gate/exit for Unwaking Waters mission. I see no way or requirement from the kuz side to enter it beside the Harvest Temple

Hmm. Still odd that it is 'one-way'. You can go through from the other side by talking to the gatekeeper, which I would have thought would 'unlock' it.
