Just Ordered

Well, I SAID I'd never buy into one of these "editions" of the game that is initually rebuying the game for some items or extras. But I lied. I just placed my Order for the GoTy edition.

First of all, its funny. One website (when you google it) is selling the game. They list it as their overall top selling product, and parts of their site actually went down for 2 days because of the increased traffic this last week lol.

Assuming it comes on time, I'll have it.

Anyway, I heard that the european '06 edition has 2 seperate access keys (a game key, and the weapons access key), but the GoTy edition (for americans) just trumps these into 1 key.

The first sounds like the right idea lol. So you can put extra weapons on your main account without "wasting" a chapter1 access key - you could use that as a storage account or something.

I gotta say...that's a waste of money....I would NEVER buy the game again for a bunch of weapons....no matter how cool they are...

Until some relatives gave me some money, so I had alittle to spend.

I would like this answered though, or some discussion about it.

thats very odd as i got a whole new game instead of a second copy of chapter 1.

"Yay, money! Lets spend it....on what? YES! on some extra GW weapons! Useless, but Oh-So-Cool..."
Thats just totally nerdish...give the money to charity instead of wasting it like that! At least you'd do something good with it!
When i get some extra money i always stash it up, so if i really want something, i can buy it...so i always have ~300€ in my pocket....

Most of the time once people see the weapons they get with the "edition" games all they do is complain about how much they suck.
